The welfare of the individual pupil is of paramount concern to all members of staff. There is a strong sense of college

community displayed by governors, teachers, parents, pupils and the local community.

• Each Form Teacher meets his/her Form Class daily for registration and also one period per week for Personal and Social Education.
• Form Teachers know their pupils well and provide a link between home and school.
• All teachers take an active interest in the progress and well being of their students.
• Heads of Year liaise with Form Teachers and assist with any pastoral or discipline problems which may arise.
