The college has an extensive Child Protection Policy and issues relating to the safety and well being of all pupils and staff are treated with confidentiality. External agencies are involved in accordance with the policy. Mrs Bradley is the designated Child Protection Teacher, and Mrs E Graham is the deputy designated Child Protection Teacher. All school staff are regularly briefed with regard to the policy, procedure and practice for dealing with child protection issues. Parents and pupils receive a copy of the procedure for reporting a child protection issue in September each year.
